Handing your wedding day over to someone you've likely never met before is not a small thing to ask. It's natural to wonder what actually happens between saying yes on a phone call and receiving your photos months later, and reasonable to want more than reassurance that "everything will be fine." So here it is, laid out plainly: exactly what to expect, at every step, from the first message to the finished gallery.

01. The enquiry
You reach out through the contact form with a few details about your day. I read every message personally, and reply within a day or two to arrange a time to talk.

02. The discovery call
A complimentary 30 minute call, no obligation attached. We talk through your vision for the day, your venue, and whatever's on your mind. It's as much for you to get a feel for working together as it is for me to understand your day.

03. Booking
Once we're both certain it's the right fit, a 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due on the day itself, and a payment plan can always be arranged if that suits you better.

04. In the lead up
This is where a lot of the quiet work happens. In the weeks before your wedding, we stay in touch on timeline planning, location scouting if needed, and any details that'll help the day run smoothly. You're never left wondering what happens next.

05. Your wedding day
On the day itself, my aim is to be present without being intrusive. Some moments are guided gently, most are simply witnessed as they unfold. You should be able to forget I'm there, and just be in your day.

06. The wait
Within 72 hours, a small sneak peek from your gallery lands in your inbox, something to hold onto while the full edit comes together.

07. Delivery
Your complete, curated gallery arrives within 2 to 3 weeks, ready to relive, print, and share however you'd like.
